Annual Staff Notifications

Mother Lode Union School District is required to provide all employees with the policies and practices listed below:

  • Comprehensive School Safety Plan (MLUSD School Safety Plan)

  • Employee Use of Technology (Board Policy 2.9a)

  • Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting - PC 11165.7

    • All staff members are mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect.

      • All staff are required to take Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting training through PublicSchoolWORKS upon hire and annually thereafter.

  • Title IX Training

    • All staff members are required to complete Title IX Training for All School Employees through PublicSchoolWORKS upon hire and annually thereafter.

  • Uniform Complaint Procedures (Board Policy 4.12a)

  • Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace (USC 8101-8106, Title 41)

    • The Employee Assistance Program is provided at no cost to all CVT subscribers with medical coverage. More information can be found at Carelon

  • Sexual Harassment (Board Policy 4.2)

    • All staff are required to complete Sexual Harassment Prevention in California training (Modules 1 & 2) through PublicSchoolWORKS upon hire and as assigned thereafter.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (U.S Department of Labor)

  • Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Training

    • All staff are required to complete Bloodborne Pathogens for School Employees training through PublicSchoolWORKS upon hire and annually thereafter.

  • Workers' Compensation Information (SIA Workers' Comp)

  • Williams Complaint Policies and Procedures (Board Policy 4.12b)

  • Integrated Pest Management Training

    • All staff are required to complete The California Healthy Schools Act of 2000: Basic Integrated Pest Management for Classrooms and Offices training through PublicSchoolWORKS upon hire and annually thereafter.

  • Administering Medication and Monitoring Health Condition (Board Policy 8.0a)

  • Rights of Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, Crimes That Cause Physical Injury or Mental Injury, and Crimes Involving a Threat of Physical Injury; and of Persons Whose Immediate Family Member is Deceased as a Direct Result of a Crime

  • Information regarding limiting exposure to the chance of the occupational transmission of Aids and Hepatitis B

  • CA Standards for the Teaching Profession

  • IRS Retirement Plan Contribution Limits

  • AED/Defibrillator Notification (Defibrillator's are located at each school site)
